Where is my data kept?

On a dedicated server in the EU, in a space walled off from every other firm. Backups are encrypted and kept off-site. Details are on the security page.

Which AI model reads my files?

Anthropic's models, under commercial terms that do not let them train on what you send. Nothing you add trains any model or reaches another firm. The privacy policy lists every outside service.

How long are my AML records kept, and can I take them with me?

Each check is kept for 5 years, as AML record-keeping requires. You can download any record as a PDF, or export them all, at any time.

What happens when the trial ends?

The AI work pauses until you choose a paid plan. Your workspace and records stay. No card is taken at sign-up, so nothing is charged automatically. Email us to choose a plan.
